Code to verify you are not a robot
21 Jan 07

In this day and age of spam it is understandable that Digg and many social sites require you to verify you are a human, by repeating the letters and numbers that appear in a box with a squiggly colored background. I can't tell you how many times I have envied the humans with the eyesight capabilities to actually discern the text.
Maybe the designers should be less short-sighted and realise that not everyone is in their teens with 20-20 vision. Also , if these security boxes were a little easier to read, the mature visitors to The Pisstakers would perhaps be encouraged to spread the word about our articles by bookmarking us via the icons at the bottom of each article. Or perhaps they wish we wrote something worth recommending? Aaaaargh! Humans are sooooo fickle!
