Comcast cap bandwidth at 200GB?

Until we signed up to them, Comcast were just a faceless name in a sea of ISP's advertising on TV. But we signed up. and just like when you buy a new car, suddenly you see your Comcast everywhere. The latest scandalous Comcast incident is the discovery by Tech basic of a supposed monthly bandwidth cap
Comcast unlimited bandwidth has its limitations!
So there are limits on how much Comcast customers can download and upload every month? Interesting. It isn't totally annoying that they have reportedly set a 200GB limit where once was none. To be fair, 200GB is currently way beyond the realms of the average Aunt Nellie even on bit Torrent speed. But just how pompous are Comcast people who think that they can impose a law that nobody has ever seen written down anywhere?
If there is a limit, then by all means implement it, but they also need to reimburse their users on a pro rata rate. ie infinity - x = 200GB Therefore x = about $5 a month?
Comcast are god (awful)
How great is it that a humble provider of fiber optic tubes can also have a license to re-write the bloody dictionary. 200GB is an interesting Comcastic twist on the English term unlimited bandwidth.
I was thinking that as a humble purveyor of words, I would exercise my write to reinvent another term too. From now on the word wanker will be known as Comcaster. See, it hurts to screw around with phrases set in stone, doesn't it, Comcast!
For the next exciting Comcast bash, I guess we just hang around and wait for them to open of their offices on Monday morning. Because when they said 24/7 service, that really meant Monday to Friday.
